Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 to 2 sheets of refrigerated puff pastry
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

Set aside.

Roll out puff pastry.

Brush parmesan and garlic mixture over the top.

Roll puff pastry on itself.

Cut into small roll-ups, about 2 inches think.

Place roll-ups on baking sheet.

Brush each roll-up with remaining parmesan and garlic mixture.

Place into over.

Bake until golden brown and pastry is puffed. (Normally between 8 – 10 minutes).

Serve immediately.
