Italian Crusted Parmesan Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 to 2 sheets of refrigerated puff pastry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

  4. Set aside.

  5. Roll out puff pastry.

  6. Brush parmesan and garlic mixture over the top.

  7. Roll puff pastry on itself.

  8. Cut into small roll-ups, about 2 inches think.

  9. Place roll-ups on baking sheet.

  10. Brush each roll-up with remaining parmesan and garlic mixture.

  11. Place into over.

  12. Bake until golden brown and pastry is puffed. (Normally between 8 – 10 minutes).

  13. Serve immediately.
