Ingredients
- 2 pounds whole mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Toss mushrooms in oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake until mushrooms are tender, normally about 20 minutes.

Stir mushrooms half way through cooking time.
