Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 14.5 oz. can diced fire-roasted tomatoes, drained
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup canola mayo
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high. Add onion; cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and crushed red pepper; cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and vinegar. Cook 10 minutes; let cool completely. Process tomato mixture, mayo and kosher salt in a food processor until smooth.
