Skillet-Charred Green Beans with Salsa

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. package steam-in bag green beans
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup roasted salted pepitas

Directions

  1. Microwave green beans at high 2 minutes. Remove green beans from bag; pat dry. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over high. Add green beans; cook, stirring once or twice, until slightly charred, 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. Add tomatoes, salsa, olive oil, fresh lime juice, honey, and salt to green beans in skillet; stir to combine. Top with pepitas.
