Ingredients
- 6 medium ears husked sweet corn, halved
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup grated cotija cheese or Parmesan
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 lime wedges
Directions

Insert a metal or soaked wooden skewers into the cut end of each piece of corn. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning often.

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and mayo; spread over corn. Sprinkle with the cheese, chili powder and cayenne. Serve with lime wedges.
