Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 12 baby bell peppers
- 4 bone-in pork chops
Directions

In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients; season generously. Add bell peppers; turn until coated. Transfer to plate. Add pork to bowl; turn until coated. Grill over high heat, turning often, until bell peppers are charred in spots and pork is cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
