  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp table salt

  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add to butter mixture gradually, beating at low speed until combined.

  3. Add a cup of the chocolate chips; beat until combined.

  4. Spread mixture evenly in prepared skillet. Top with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
