Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Leftover Cooked Apples (see recipe)
  • Pancake batter (1/2 an apple for every 2 cups of dry mix)

Directions

  1. Remove the skin from a cooked apple and mash the flesh into pulp. Mix it into your favorite pancake batter. Prepare pancakes according to the package directions.
