Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, smashed
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 tbsp. salt
- Pepper
- 2 flank steaks
Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper. Marinate the flank steaks in the mixture overnight in the fridge.

Grill the steaks over high heat on a charcoal grill, 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Reserve one steak and store it in the fridge. Let the other one rest of at least 5 minutes, then slice it and serve.
