Chicken Paprikash

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces
  • 2 cups of chopped grilled vegetables (see recipe)
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Egg noodles, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large pan, saute chicken pieces until they’re browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add veggies, tomato paste, paprika, bay leaves, water, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and serve with cooked egg noodles.
