Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces
- 2 cups of chopped grilled vegetables (see recipe)
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Egg noodles, for serving
Directions

In a large pan, saute chicken pieces until they’re browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add veggies, tomato paste, paprika, bay leaves, water, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and serve with cooked egg noodles.
