Ingredients
- 4 medium-large onions, sliced or chopped
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Over low heat, saute the onions in the olive oil. Add a generous pinch of salt and black pepper.

Stir occasionally, allowing the onions to cook down for 30-40 minutes, or as long as you have. They freeze quite nicely in storage bags.
