Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white-wine or red-wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 heaping tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper
Directions

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a jar and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can also add the ingredients directly to the jar, then shake.
