Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 hand-size piece ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 head garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
Directions

In the olive oil, saute the ginger, garlic and onion.

In a small food processor, blend the mixture with 1 tsp of water.

Freeze the mixture in an ice-cube tray and, once frozen, store the cubes in Ziploc bags. Thaw cubes inside the bag under running water, or just add them directly to your hot pan when it’s time to cook. Each cube equals about 2 tbsp.
