Ingredients
- Leaves from 1 bunch mint, cleaned
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 6 loin lamb chops

Heat the grill.

In a blender, mix everything but the lamb and the yogurt. Combine half that mixture with the yogurt. Slather the other half on the meat.

Grill the lamb chops for about 4 minutes each side. Serve with the yogurt mixture and a side of cooked carrots.
