Ingredients
- Bell peppers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Chopped parsley
- Bread crumbs
- Marinara sauce
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- Toasted pine nuts
- Parmesan
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cut off and remove the tops of the peppers, and seed, rinse, and dry them. Poke holes in the bottoms with a fork.

In a bowl, combine egg, some chopped parsley, bread crumbs, marinara, and the sausage.

Spoon the mixture into the peppers and place them in a baking dish, then top with more sauce and toasted pine nuts and Parmesan.

Bake until the tops are golden brown, 35 minutes.
