Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 large spoonfuls ricotta
- Marinara sauce
- Crusty bread
- Grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 475. Grease a cooking sheet with cooking spray.

Remove the casings from sausages and combine the meat with bread crumbs, egg and ricotta.

Using your hands, form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls.

Place the meatballs on the cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. While the meatballs are cooking, heat some marinara sauce.

Serve the meatballs and sauce with or on top of pieces of crusty bread with grated Parmesan.
