Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 large stalk celery
- 2 scallions
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3 tbsp. mayo
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- Squeeze of lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Boston lettuce
- Tomato wedges
Directions

Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.

Finely chop onion, celery and scallions. In a large bowl, combine it all with the chicken.

Stir in mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve on a bed of Boston lettuce, garnished with the bacon and a few tomato wedges.
