Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped or minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 tbsp. roughly chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
Directions

Scoop the avocados into a bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. Add in the remaining ingredients and mash until you reach the desired consistency.
