Juicy Lucy Burger

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. ground beef
  • 2 small slices cheddar
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Season ground beef chuck with salt. Form into 2 thin patties. Lay cheddar between the patties and form the meat around the cheese. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; sprinkle the skillet with salt. Cook the burger 4 to 5 minutes per side.
