Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- Chili powder
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Grated cheddar
- Crumbled bacon
Directions

Pull back the husks from corn and remove the silk. Sprinkle with chili powder. Re-cover with the husks and grill, turning, until tender, about 20 minutes. Fold back the husks again and spread with a mixture of mayo and chili powder. Sprinkle with cheddar and bacon.
