Categories: Grilling
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, for rolling the dough
- 1/4 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 ball prepared pizza dough, at room temp
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Ganache (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dry-roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into thin diagonal slices
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated white chocolate
- 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
- Fleur de sel or kosher salt, to taste
Directions
-
Sprinkle the work surface with the flour. Knead the chocolate chips into the dough, then set aside until ready to make the pizza.
-
Preheat the grill, roll out and shape the dough, and grill the first side of the crust per the master instructions. Use tongs to turn the crust over. Continue grilling until the bottom crust is lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Use tongs to transfer the crust from the grill to a peel or rimless baking sheet.
-
Spread the entire surface with the ganache, then the peanut butter. Sprinkle with the nuts and artfully arrange the banana slices on top. Sprinkle with the white chocolate.
-
Finish grilling the pizza per the master instructions until the toppings are warm, about 3 minutes.
-
Remove from the grill, garnish with the coconut, and season lightly with salt. Let sit for 5 minutes so the toppings can settle before slicing and serving.
