Ingredients
- 4 medium Slow-Roasted Onions (see recipe)
- 5.2 oz. container Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions

Place the onions in a food processor and pulse into a chunky sauce. Add the Boursin and pulse until well mixed. Mix in sour cream by hand. Stir in the Tabasco, salt and pepper.

Refrigerate for a min of 3 hours to chill and let the flavors mellow. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.

This will keep, tightly covered, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
