Slow-Roasted Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Slow-Roasted Onions (see recipe)
  • 5.2 oz. container Boursin cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the onions in a food processor and pulse into a chunky sauce. Add the Boursin and pulse until well mixed. Mix in sour cream by hand. Stir in the Tabasco, salt and pepper.

  2. Refrigerate for a min of 3 hours to chill and let the flavors mellow. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.

  3. This will keep, tightly covered, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
