Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, plus 1/3 cup of the oil
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper, if necessary.
