Ingredients
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, very finely minced
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust the salt, if necessary.
