Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. white peppercorns
- 2 tbsp. black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp ground fennel
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Directions

Grind ingredients together. Use 1 tbsp. for 4 servings of meat. Rub steak up to 6 hours in advance of grilling, pork ribs up to 1 day in advance, and chicken up to 6 hours in advance.
