Ingredients
- 1 handful parsley leaves
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions

Place parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne, lemon juice and oil in a food processor; pulse to a paste. Use 1 recipe for 4 servings of meat. Use to marinate lamb up to 1 day in advance of grilling.
