Ingredients
- 2 tsp Kashmiri or other red chili powder
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. garam masala (see recipe)
Directions

Combine chili powder, paprika, and garam masala. Use 1 recipe per 4 servings. Rub onto lamb up to 1 day in advance of grilling, and chicken breasts, wings and drumsticks up to 6 hours in advance.
