Ingredients
- 4- 8 oz. steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt
- 4- 1/2-inch slices garlic parsley butter (see recipe)
Directions

Brush steaks with melted butter. Sprinkle with pepper. Grill over hot coals for 3 minutes per side for rare, 4 minutes for medium rare. Sprinkle with salt and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm, topped with garlic parsley butter.
