Ingredients
- 2- 1 1/2 lb. T-Bone steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt
- 1 recipe chimi churri sauce (see recipe)
Directions

Drizzle steaks with oil. Sprinkle with pepper. Grill over hot coals for 8 minutes per side for medium rare. Sprinkle with salt. Let rest 5 minutes. To serve, cut around the bone to release the meat. Cut the meat across the grain into 1/4-inch slices. Serve hot with chimi churri sauce.
