Ginger Soy Honey Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons tamari (dark soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 pound spaghetti, or soba noodles cooked and rinsed under cold water
  • 1 tablespoon light sesame seeds, toasted over medium-low heat for 3 minutes (optional)

Directions

  1. heat peanut butter in microwave until melted (15-20 seconds)

  2. whisk in the honey and tamari

  3. then whisk in the sesame oil

  4. toss spaghetti with the sauce

  5. top with sesame seeds
