Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced and skewered
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp. medium dry sherry
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
Directions

Slice the pork tenderloin against the grain of the meat into strips 1/4 inch thick and about 4-6 inches long. Lay the strips flat on a board, side by side. Thread onto 3 parallel skewers.

Combine soy sauce, ketchup, hoisin, sherry, honey and sugar. Set aside 6 tbsp. of the glaze. Spread remaining mixture over both sides of the pork skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals until pork is opaque but still juicy, 3 minutes per side. Serve hot with the remaining glaze drizzled.
