Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp tabasco
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp. Dijon
- 1/4 tbsp. runny honey
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced and skewered
Directions
-
Slice the pork tenderloin against the grain of the meat into strips 1/4 inch thick and about 4-6 inches long. Lay the strips flat on a board, side by side. Thread onto 3 parallel skewers.
-
Combine garlic, Worcestershire, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, tabasco, vinegar, paprika, mustards and honey. Set aside 1/3 cup of the glaze. Spread remaining glaze over both sides of the pork skewers.
-
Grill over medium-hot coals until pork is opaque but still juicy, 3 minutes per side. Serve hot with the remaining glaze.
