Ingredients
- 12 oz. diced sushi-grade tuna
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 serrano pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 6 tostadas
- Chipotle mayo
- Shredded red cabbage, crispy fried onions and cilantro, for serving
Directions

Toss tuna with soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, sesame oil and serrano; season with salt and pepper.

Mash avocado with lime juice; season with salt.

Spread the avocado on tostadas. Top with the tune; drizzle with chipotle mayo thinned with water. Top with red cabbage, fried onions and cilantro.
