Crab Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 C frozen or fresh green peas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12-16 ounces medium shell pasta, uncooked
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, imitation, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4C diced red onion
- 2T parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1T olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Directions

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper, parmesan cheese and other seasonings. Refrigerate dressing until ready to use.

Cook shells according to package directions, add peas during last 3 min of cooking. Drain well. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Add crabmeat, bell peppers, onion, and dressing. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
