Beef Ragu

Ingredients

  • Reserved beef and vegetables from Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast
  • 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
  • 1 lb. cooked pasta
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil

Directions

  1. Cut reserved beef and veggies into bite-size pieces. Heat marinara in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in beef and veggies. Cook, covered, until heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with Parmesan and basil.
