Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tbsp. white miso
- 1 large pasteurized egg yolk
- 3 roasted garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Directions

Pulse vinegar, oils, miso, egg and garlic in a food processor until smooth, about 10 times. Stir in chives. Serve immediately.
