Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 450. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.

On prepared pan, toss together sweet potatoes and oil; arrange in a single layer on pan.

Bake for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together pecans, brown sugar, and salt. Sprinkle pecans over sweet potatoes. Bake 10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
