Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz.) packages buttermilk cornbread mix
- 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix
- 1 2/3 cups whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Thyme Butter (see recipe)

Preheat oven to 425. Spray 18 muffin cups with baking spray with flour.

In a large bowl, stir together cornbread mixes, milk, egg, thyme, salt and pepper. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling two-thirds full. Sprinkle with thyme.

Bake until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 12-15 minutes. Serve with Thyme Butter.
