Ingredients
- 16.3 oz. can refrigerated flaky layer biscuits
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan
- 1/3 cup miniature pepperoni
- Quartered grape tomatoes
- Garnish: fresh thyme leaves

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On prepared pan, flatted biscuits into 3 1/2 inch circles.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic. Brush onto biscuits. Top each biscuit with 3 to 4 zucchini slices.

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more.

Line a microwave-safe plate with paper towels, and place pepperoni on plate. Microwave for 15 seconds to warm; pat dry. Top pizzas with pepperoni and tomatoes. Garnish with thyme.
