Sue’s Pecan Pie

Makes 2 pies
Serves 16 people

Ingredients
- Two 9-inch pie shells
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tbl. Goodman's Caramel Burnt Sugar flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. Goodman's Butter flavoring
- 3 cups corn syrup, dark or light
- 3 cups pecans, chopped or whole
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs. Stir in sugar, caramel and butter flavorings, salt and syrup.

Add melted butter.

Spread 1 cup of pecans in each pie shell.

Pour mixture into each pie shell, dividing evenly.

Bake for 1 hour, until set. Pie will jiggle in center, but will be firm around edges.

Let cool completely before serving.
