- Pesto Pizza:
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1 tbsp. pesto
- Salt and pepper
- Shredded Italian cheese blend
- Fresh basil
- Buffalo Chicken:
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. Buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- Salt
- Diced celery and carrots
- Ants of a Log:
- Peanut butter
- Thinly sliced celery and raisins
- Green eggs and Ham:
- 1 chopped hard-boiled egg
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- Salt and pepper
- strips of deli-sliced ham
- Tex-Mex:
- Refried beans
- Shredded pepper jack cheese
- Salsa, sour cream, chopped pickled jalapenos and fresh cilantro
- Cheddar-Apple:
- Apple butter
- Large slice of apple
- Shredded cheddar
- Cinnamon sugar
- California Veggie:
- Vegetable cream cheese
- Spiralized or shredded carrots
- Cooked shelled edamame
- Pickle BLT:
- Mayo
- Lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crisp bacon and pickles
- Salt and pepper

Pesto Pizza:

Mix ricotta with pesto; season with salt and pepper. Spread on English muffin and top with cheese. Broil until bubbling. Top with basil.

Buffalo Chicken:

Combine mayo, sour cream and Buffalo sauce. Stir in chicken; season with salt. Butter a toasted English muffin; top with the chicken salad and celery and carrots.

Ants on a Log:

Spread peanut butter on a toasted English muffin and top with celery and raisins.

Green Eggs and Ham:

Mix egg with guacamole; season with salt and pepper. Spread on a toasted English muffin and top with ham.

Tex-Mex:

Spread refried beans on a toasted English muffin and top with shredded pepper jack; broil until melted. Top with salsa, sour cream, jalapenos and cilantro.

Cheddar-Apple:

Butter a toasted English muffin and spread with apple butter. Top with sliced apple. Sprinkle with cheddar and cinnamon sugar and broil until melted.
