Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 1/2 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Rainbow carrot sticks
Directions

Puree chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and paprika in a blender. Serve with rainbow carrot sticks.
