Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 stick cold unsalted butter, chopped
- 3 tbsp. adobo sauce (from canned chipotles)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 12 cups hot popcorn
- 1/2 cup pretzels
- 1/2 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Gradually stir in butter, then adobo sauce. Off the heat, stir in baking powder. Toss popcorn with pretzels, peanuts, rice cereal and coconut flakes; toss with the caramel. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 until crisp, 15-20 minutes.
