Ingredients
- Kosher salt
- 1 lb. cheese tortellini
- 1 pint assorted cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz. mini mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper
Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook as directed. Drain and rinse under cold water until cook; transfer to a bowl.

Toss the tortellini with the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
