Ingredients
- 4 oz. fresh goat cheese
- 4 thin slices prosciutto, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp herbes de Provence
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/4 lb. grapes, separated into small clusters
Directions

In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. Slice horizontal pockets into each chicken breast; season. Stuff with cheese mixture. On a baking sheet, drizzle chicken with oil; season. Bake at 475 for 10 minutes. Add grapes. Bake until chicken is cooked through, 10 minutes. Transfer chicken and grapes to plates. Add 1/4 cup water to pan drippings in baking sheet; scape up any browned bits from bottom of sheet. Spoon sauce over chicken.
