Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. flank steak
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup crumbled mild blue cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split and toasted
- 2 cups watercress
- Sliced red onion
Directions

Season steak. In a skillet, cook steak in oil over medium-high until medium-rare, about 4 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice. In bowl, mix mayo, cheese, and horseradish; season. Spread on rolls. Top with steak, watercress, and onion.
