- 4 Cans Black Eyed Peas, drained
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 can jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 12/ cup vinegar
- 1/2 t dill
- 1/2 t basil
- 1/2 t garlic flakes
- 1 T Mustard
- 1 T Salt
- 1 T Pepper
