Ingredients

  • 4 Cans Black Eyed Peas, drained
  • 2 large green peppers, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 can jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 12/ cup vinegar
  • 1/2 t dill
  • 1/2 t basil
  • 1/2 t garlic flakes
  • 1 T Mustard
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix 5 first ingredients

  2. Make dressing with next 8 ingredients

  3. Add Tobasco to taste
