Curry Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Madras curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven-spice blend)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 6 months. Makes about 2 tbsp.
