Ingredients
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled
- 1 (16 oz) box of Velveeta cheese
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz) bottle of beer (I used a Boston Lager)
- pretzels or chips to serve
Directions

Add the first five ingredients to your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low about 3 hours. When you’re ready to enjoy, remove lid, give it a good stir and enjoy.
