Sausage Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled
  • 1 (16 oz) box of Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle of beer (I used a Boston Lager)
  • pretzels or chips to serve

Directions

  1. Add the first five ingredients to your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low about 3 hours. When you’re ready to enjoy, remove lid, give it a good stir and enjoy.
