Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, halved, pitted and sliced
- 8 oz. ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 8 to 10 fresh basil leaves
Directions

Whisk together oil, vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Layer tomatoes, peaches and mozzarella on a platter. Drizzle with dressing; scatter with basil leaves and additional salt.
